When working with people who are divorcing, Rick tries to make the process as painless as possible. He understands the severe emotional and financial burden that people carry while suffering through their divorce. His practice tries to make the entire process as comfortable and friendly as possible.

He is proud of the divorces he has handled where his clients have been able to get what they want—be it keeping their assets or maximizing the support they get. He is also gratified by the parents he has helped to work out a custody situation that allows for frequent and continuous contact with their children. Rick is dedicated to helping couples and families through the painful process of divorce and other family law issues. What Rick is most proud of though, is his ability to assist couples get through the divorce process without having to hire expensive attorneys and fight ugly court battles that can destroy their lives.

Education:

Rick earned his law degree in 1999 from San Joaquin Law School in California. Before starting his legal career, he was a successful business owner for 20 years.

He is a member of the California Bar Association, Fresno County Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
